Hotel AX’s helpful staff is at your service 24 hours a day and will be happy to answer your questions.

Laundry service

AX offers customers laundry, dry cleaning and ironing services for an additional fee. Please place your order by 9:00 a.m. We return the clothes on the same day by 18:00. The laundry is open from Monday to Friday.

Parking

The hotel does not have its own parking garage. If you arrive by car, the nearest parking garage is Rokkiparkki, approximately 50 meters from the hotel (Välimerenkatu 12). The shortest route to the hotel is from A Staircase. Parking costs €1.5–2.5/hour, with a maximum of €27/24 hours. Please note that street parking has also become chargeable.

To park in the Rokkiparkki garage, you will need the EasyPark app. Entry to the garage and payment for parking are managed via the app. You can download the app using the link

www.jatkasaarenpysakointi.fi/easypark. Make sure the EasyPark app is installed and ready to use before arriving at the garage. Activate camera parking for your vehicle’s license plate and follow the app’s setup instructions.

The garage system uses license plate recognition to identify your vehicle via cameras. Camera recognition is the only login method when using the EasyPark app in our garages. Do not enter the garage until you have installed and activated the app. The app requires you to save your credit card details for billing purposes and accept the terms and conditions.

Non-smoking hotel

Please note that Hotel AX is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is allowed in specially marked places outside.

Luggage storage

The hotel has a small space for luggage storage.

The hotel has free Wi-Fi access.
