Hotel gift card
To redeem the gift card, please book your stay in advance at
www.hotelax.fi and follow these steps:
1. Enter the promo code mentioned on the gift card into the “Promo Code” field.
2. Make a reservation for the desired date in the room category mentioned above.
If you book a higher room category, the difference will be charged at the hotel.
3. When making the reservation, enter the gift card number in the “Additional Information” field.
4. Remember to bring the gift card with you and present it to the receptionist during check-in.
If the gift card does not have a promo code mentioned,
please contact our reception or sales service.
Restaurant gift card
To redeem the gift card, make a table reservation in advance on our website or
by contacting our reception or sales service.
Remember to mention the gift card number in the “Comments” field
on the reservation form when making a table reservation.
Open gift card
You can make a reservation as usual and use the gift card as a form of payment at the hotel,
just like any regular payment method.
