Hotel AX’s helpful staff is at your service 24 hours a day and will be happy to answer your questions.

Laundry service

AX offers customers laundry, dry cleaning and ironing services for an additional fee. Please place your order by 9:00 a.m. We return the clothes on the same day by 18:00. The laundry is open from Monday to Friday.

Parking

Jätkäsaari parking in the private parking garage Rokkiparkki is open around the clock. There are limited places. It is possible to charge an electric car in the parking garage.

Parking according to rokkipark’s price list, approx. 27€/day.

Street parking is limited.

Pets

Customers can bring their pets with them during their stay for an additional fee. They must be on a leash in the hotel’s public areas and restaurants. Customers are responsible for any disturbances caused by pets.

Non-smoking hotel

Please note that Hotel AX is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is allowed in specially marked places outside.

Accessibility

You have a barrier-free entrance from the main door on the Välimerenkatu side. The hotel has accessible rooms with free access to the room, lower beds, a shower chair that folds into the wall, and a toilet seat with armrests. Warm welcome!
